February featured class of the month. Heart Pendant:(See Larger photo.) Would you like to be more comfortable designing with wire? Here's a great way to jumpstart your skills! Learn helpful hints and techniques for shaping wire, then adding ornamentation. Students will select beads for both the decorative edge and the bangle. Fee $ 25 + materials, chain or cord is optional and priced as marked. Call ahead to register please!

Thurs. Feb. 2, 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. and Sun. Feb. 12, 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Shaggy Loops Valentine Bracelet (See Larger photo.) A great class for trying your hand at chain maille! Using black and red jump rings, create a sweet and slightly sassy bracelet for yourself or a loved one just in time for Valentine's Day! Fee: $30 + materials.

Tues. Feb. 7, 2 - 4:00 p.m., Sat. Feb. 18, 11:30 - 2:30 p.m., Wed. Feb. 22, 6 - 8:00 p.m. Puffed Crystal Heart (See Larger photo.) Create a stunning heart - shaped pendant using 4mm Swarovski crystal bicones. Finish off your heart with a bail so you are ready to add to any necklace. Fee: $35 + materials for standard color Swarovski crystals, chain optional and priced as marked. Instructor: Laura Jacobs

Fri. Feb. 10, 4-6:30 p.m. Kumihimo Intermediate Class (See Larger photo.) If you have already tried your hand at Kumihimo,this is a great add-on for your skills. We'll show you how to add beads as you braid. A new world of possibilities awaits you! Fee: $20 + materials. Instructor: Nancy Wonson

Sat. Feb. 11 and Sun. Feb. 12 Drop in class, call ahead to reserve your kit. Hang my Heart - Kids Copper Door Hanger (See Larger photo.) A great Valentine's day project for the kids to make for that someone special. Add beads to the copper shape heart and stamp in a special note. Fee: $10 + materials.

Sat. Feb. 11, 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Intro to Silversmithing: Interchangeable Hoop Earrings (See Larger photo.) This quick class gives you the confidence to add torch work to your jewelry making skillset. We'll show you how to form hoops and wire wrap interchangeable dangles. Imagine the possibilities! Fee: $35 + beads. Instructor: Laura Jacobs

Sun. Feb. 12, 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Mini Diva Tea Party (Details here) Let's make a bracelet for you and your favorite doll or teddy bear to share! We will also enjoy some light refreshments. Be sure to dress up! Fee: $20.

Wed. Feb. 15, 1 - 2:30 p.m., Fri. Feb. 24, 11:30 - 1:00 p.m. Embellished Bangle. (See Larger photo.) You won't want to stop with just one after you make this fun wrapped bangle! Select your own beads then learn to form a bangle for your wrist. You will then learn to secure the beads with a tight wrap technique and add a little flair to each bead. Fee: $18 + materials.

Thurs. Feb. 16, 1-3 p.m. & Sat. Feb. 25, 11:30 - 3:30 p.m. All Looped Up (See Larger photo.) Create a frilly necklace that looks as attractive over a turtleneck as it does against bare skin. You will select beads of your choice, and from this "bead soup" we will show you how to weave intersecting loops. Finish off your necklace with the chain of your choice - or perhaps turn it into a floppy bracelet instead. Fee $25 + materials. Instructor: Laura Jacobs
